Couple's Twilight Golf Thursdays | 5pm The seasonal favorite is back! Each round features a new, social format for 9 holes, begins with a cocktail and appetizers, and ends with a light dinner. Check-in and "cocktail hour" begins at 5 before teeing off at 5:30. We'll meet for dinner in the banquet space around 7:30. Lift & Pump Mondays 9am This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.
